Customize your funnel

Your funnel works out of the box. These are the controls that make it look and price like your company — and the one that decides the number a homeowner sees.

Last updated August 30, 2026

Everything below lives in app.wonflo.com under Customize Your Funnel. Changes save to your live funnel, so it is worth a pass through all of it before you point ad spend at the page.

Business name

Up to 80 characters, and it appears throughout the funnel — the header, the quote page, the confirmation. Use the name homeowners will recognise from your truck and your ads, not your legal entity name. "Cedar Ridge Roofing" beats "Cedar Ridge Roofing & Exteriors LLC."

Pricing range — the important one

Two fields: Min $/sq ft and Max $/sq ft. This is not a display setting. It is the arithmetic behind the estimate a homeowner sees. The funnel measures the roof, multiplies by your range, and shows the result as a range.

Which means: set it too low and you will spend your day talking people down off a number you cannot honour. Set it too high and you will lose homeowners who would have been perfectly good customers. Set it to the range you would actually quote over the phone, sight unseen, on a straightforward roof in your market.

A range, not a price
The homeowner sees a range, framed as a ballpark that an inspection confirms. The point is to filter out people who were never in your neighbourhood on price, and to earn the conversation with everybody else — not to win the job on the spot.

Quote-page headline

A short list of presets to pick from — different angles on the same moment, from leading with cost to leading with the aerial measurement to leading with no-pressure. Choose the one that sounds like how you'd say it. There is a default if you have no opinion.

Accent color

Pick from the preset palette. These are chosen to stay readable against the funnel's layout at every size — which is why it is a palette rather than a colour picker. Match your truck or your logo as closely as the palette allows and move on; this is not the setting that decides whether the funnel converts.

Your logo

Logo upload lives on the Settings page, not on Customize — the one thing on this list that is somewhere else. PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 2MB. A transparent PNG or an SVG will always look better than a JPG with a white box around it.

Trust signals

Toggles for your rating, your license number, your certifications, an Insured badge and a Financing available chip. Certifications get their own screen and their own article — see add your certifications and trust badges.

Featured testimonial and trust highlights

One featured testimonial (the quote, plus a name and a town), and up to four short trust highlights — one-line proof points like years in business or a workmanship warranty. Keep them specific. "Family-owned since 1998" lands; "quality you can trust" does not.

Check your work: the preview

The Preview pane shows your funnel as it stands, with a toggle between the Landing screen and the Quote page, and a Refresh button. On a phone it collapses into a Preview my funnel button that opens full screen.

One habit that saves confusion: the preview shows the saved funnel. Save first, then hit Refresh. If a change is not showing up, that is nearly always the reason.

Then open the real thing

The Open my live funnel button opens the actual page homeowners land on, in a new tab. Walk it end to end at least once with a real address in your service area — enter it, look at the number your pricing range produced, and see the lead arrive. Ten minutes here is worth more than any amount of squinting at the preview.
