Add your certifications and trust badges

Certifications are the cheapest credibility you own. Turning them on takes about a minute, and they show up in the two places that matter.

Certifications live in app.wonflo.com under CustomizeTrust signals. Switch on Show certifications and pick yours from the list.

You can pick up to eight

The screen shows a running counter — N of 8 selected — and stops you at eight. That cap is on purpose. A row of four or five recognisable badges reads as credentials; a wall of twelve reads as wallpaper, and homeowners stop seeing any of them.

If you hold more than eight, lead with the ones a homeowner might actually recognise: the shingle manufacturer whose product you install, and anything with a consumer-facing name behind it.

What is in the list

The catalogue is a fixed set, so the badges render as real artwork rather than as text you typed:

If you hold a credential that is not on the list, email us — the catalogue is a list we maintain, and adding one is not a big job.

Only claim what you hold
These are manufacturer and industry programmes with real requirements behind them, and a homeowner who checks will find out. Tick the ones you have actually earned and nothing else — the badge is worth exactly as much as the fact that it is true.

Where they show up

Two places, from one selection:

  1. The landing page — a trust strip on the first screen a homeowner sees, before they type an address.
  2. The quote page — again alongside the estimate itself.

The second one is the one that earns its keep. A homeowner reading a price range for their own roof is at the exact moment of deciding whether to trust the number — and whether the company behind it is real. That is where a manufacturer's name does the most work.

If a badge shows as text

When badge artwork is unavailable, that certification renders as a clean text chip instead of an image. It is a deliberate fallback, not a bug — the credential is still stated, just without the logo.

The other trust signals in that section

Certifications sit alongside a few other toggles on the same screen: your rating, your license number, an Insured badge, and a Financing available chip. Turn on whatever is true of your business. If you offer financing, that chip in particular tends to matter to homeowners looking at a five-figure number for the first time.
