Go live: set your funnel URL as your Google Ads final URL

Your funnel only gets leads once your ads send people to it. This is the one setting that does that, and how to check it worked without paying for a single click.

Last updated October 28, 2026

In Google Ads, the final URL is the page someone lands on after they click your ad. Right now your ads point at whatever page you set up before WonFlo. Going live means putting your funnel's address in that field instead, so the homeowner who clicks lands on the instant-estimate page and becomes a lead in WonFlo.

It takes a few minutes per campaign. You don't need to touch your keywords, bids or budgets.

1. Copy your funnel URL

In app.wonflo.com, open Customize Your Funnel. At the top is Your funnel URL with a Copy button. Click it. That is the exact address to paste into Google Ads.

If you have connected your own domain and it is live, that field shows your domain. Until then it shows your go.wonflo.com address, which keeps working either way.

You can also click Open my live funnel on the same screen and copy the address from your browser's address bar. It's the same page.

2. Paste it into each ad's final URL

  1. Sign in to Google Ads and open the campaign that should send people to your funnel.
  2. Go to Ads. Hover over the first ad, click the pencil icon, and choose Edit.
  3. Replace whatever is in Final URL with your funnel URL. Paste it whole, including the https://.
  4. Click Save new version.
  5. Repeat for every ad in the campaign. An ad left on the old page still sends its clicks to the old page.
What Google does with the change
Saving creates a new version of the ad, and Google reviews it, usually within one business day. The old version's numbers stay visible in your account. Google also requires an ad's landing page to be on the same domain as the web address the ad shows, so if you want your own web address in your ads, connect your domain first.

Sitelinks and other assets have their own final URLs. You can leave them where they are. Only the ads themselves need to point at the funnel.

3. Check that a click lands on your funnel

Don't search for your own ad and click it. A click on a live ad is a paid click, and Google says searching for your own ads piles up impressions in your stats. Check it these two free ways instead:

While your phone is on the funnel, walk it end to end with a real address in your service area: enter it, look at the estimate, finish the form. That test lead lands in your dashboard and your alerts, which tells you the whole path works.
