For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" refers to anyone whose information we collect, including website visitors, contractor customers, and homeowners who submit information through funnels powered by WonFlo on behalf of our contractor customers.

About WonFlo's Services
WonFlo is a software platform that helps roofing contractors generate and manage qualified leads. We provide contractors with branded lead-capture funnels hosted on their own custom domains, enrich the leads contractors receive with publicly available property and weather data, and facilitate communication between contractors and homeowners. When a homeowner submits an inquiry through a contractor's WonFlo-powered funnel, WonFlo processes that information on behalf of the contractor and provides it to the contractor for follow-up.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.
How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
To provide the Services, we collect personal information from a variety of sources. The information we collect varies depending on how you interact with us — whether you are a contractor using WonFlo, a homeowner submitting a lead through a contractor's funnel, or a general visitor to our website.

What Personal Information We Collect

Information We Collect Directly From Contractors
When a contractor signs up for and uses WonFlo, we collect:
- Business contact details including business name, address, phone number, and email
- Account information including username, password, and login credentials
- Billing information processed through our payment processor (Stripe), including business name, billing address, and payment method confirmation
- Service configuration information including domain settings, brand assets (logo, colors), pricing configurations, and notification preferences
- Communication content from any messages sent to our support team
Information We Collect From Homeowners Through Contractor Funnels
When a homeowner submits an inquiry through a contractor's WonFlo-powered funnel, we collect on behalf of the contractor:
- Contact details including name, phone number, email address (if provided), and property address
- Information voluntarily provided through funnel questions, including project urgency, project type, roof characteristics, material preferences, and similar details related to the homeowner's roofing inquiry
- Consent to be contacted by the contractor via phone, SMS, and email, where granted
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information about your interaction ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Usage Data may include:
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- Information about how you access and navigate the Site
- Referral source and campaign tracking parameters (UTM parameters) from advertisements
- Time on page, scroll depth, and similar engagement metrics
Information We Obtain From Third Parties
To provide enriched lead intelligence to contractors, we obtain additional information from third-party data providers, including:
- Property characteristics and ownership records from public records databases
- Estimated home values from automated valuation services
- Historical weather and storm event data from publicly available government sources such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
- Phone number validation and carrier information from telecommunications data providers
- Email address validation from email verification services
We also receive information from our payment processor (Stripe) to process contractor subscriptions, and from infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase, Railway) that support the technical operation of the Services.
Any information we obtain from third parties is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third parties or for those third parties' own privacy practices.
How We Use Your Personal Information
- Providing the Services. We use personal information to deliver WonFlo's platform, including processing contractor subscriptions, hosting branded funnels on contractor domains, capturing and enriching homeowner leads, scoring leads based on enrichment data, and delivering qualified leads to contractors.
- Communications and notifications. We use contractor contact information to send service-related notifications including new lead alerts via SMS and email, account updates, security notifications, and product updates. We use homeowner contact information to facilitate contractor follow-up as authorized by the homeowner at the time of submission.
- Marketing and promotional communications. We may use contractor contact information to send marketing and promotional communications about WonFlo's Services. Contractors may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. We do not send WonFlo-branded marketing communications to homeowners; homeowner contact information is shared with the contractor whose funnel they submitted through.
- SMS communications. Where homeowners provide a phone number and consent to be contacted, we facilitate SMS messaging from the contractor to the homeowner. Standard message and data rates may apply. Homeowners may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For more information about our SMS practices, see our SMS Terms section below.
- Security and fraud prevention. We use personal information to detect, investigate, and respond to fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity, and to protect the security of the Services.
- Analytics and product improvement. We use Usage Data and aggregated information to understand how the Services are used, identify performance issues, and improve our platform.
- Legal compliance. We use personal information to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and enforce our agreements.
SMS Terms and Consent
By submitting a phone number through a WonFlo-powered funnel and checking the consent checkbox, homeowners agree to receive SMS messages from the contractor whose funnel they submitted through, regarding their inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Homeowners can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Like many websites, WonFlo uses Cookies and similar technologies on our Site and on contractor-branded funnels powered by WonFlo. These technologies help us power and improve the Services, remember user actions and preferences, run analytics, and better understand how the Services are used.
Some Cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Services. Others support analytics and Service improvement. We may also permit third parties and service providers to use Cookies to support the Services.
Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can set your browser to remove or reject Cookies through your browser controls. Please note that removing or blocking Cookies may negatively impact your user experience and may cause some Services or features to work incorrectly or no longer be available.
How We Disclose Personal Information

To contractors. When a homeowner submits a lead through a contractor's WonFlo-powered funnel, the homeowner's contact information, project details, and enriched property data are made available to that contractor for follow-up. This is the core function of the Services, and homeowners consent to this disclosure when submitting through a contractor's funnel.
To service providers. We share personal information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure and hosting (Cloudflare, Railway, Supabase), SMS messaging (Twilio), email delivery (SendGrid), data enrichment providers, and customer support tools.
For legal reasons. We may disclose personal information to comply with legal obligations, respond to subpoenas or similar legal requests, enforce our terms of service, and protect the rights, property, and safety of WonFlo, our users, and others.
In connection with business transactions. If WonFlo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent. We may disclose personal information to other third parties when you direct us to or consent to the disclosure.
In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for the purposes described above:
- Identifiers such as name, contact details, and account identifiers
- Commercial information such as contractor subscription records and homeowner inquiry records
- Internet or other network activity such as Usage Data

Categories of recipients have included contractors (with respect to leads submitted through their funnels), service providers, and where required, legal and regulatory authorities.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (sometimes called "targeted advertising").
